Rewriting the standard for women’s health.
We’re closing the gap between what women are told about their health and what they actually deserve to know.
Women deserve better explanations.
For generations, women have been told:
"That's normal."
"Your blood tests are fine."
"Come back when you're ready to get pregnant."
"It's just part of being a woman."
We don't accept that.
Because periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause deserve more than vague answers and Google searches at 2am.
What we’re building
We exist because too many women have been dismissed, misinformed, or told their symptoms are “just part of being a woman.” We’re changing that by giving women the knowledge, tools and confidence to understand what’s happening in their bodies and make informed decisions about their health.
Through education, clinical practice, workplace training, digital resources and community, we're raising the standard of women's health information—making it accessible, practical and grounded in evidence.
Because women deserve better explanations. And better health starts with understanding your body.

Our Founder
Jackie Frangeskakis founded The Nourished Cycle after witnessing a system that too often leaves women without answers, dismissed in their concerns, and expected to accept symptoms as “normal.”
With tertiary qualifications in health science and nutritional and dietetic medicine, Jackie has helped hundreds of women take control of their fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy and postpartum journeys through practical, evidence-based care.
Today, her mission goes far beyond the consultation room. The Nourished Cycle is leading a movement to transform women's health education, challenge outdated standards, and revolutionise period care by giving women the knowledge, tools and support they need to truly understand their bodies.
Because women deserve better explanations, better care, and a future where body literacy is the standard—not the exception.
We believe women deserve better explanations.
We believe body literacy should be taught, not discovered by accident.
We believe evidence matters.
We believe no health topic should be taboo.
We believe understanding your body changes everything.
Understand your body better.
Whether you're looking for personalised support, workplace education or evidence-based resources, we're here to help.
